| My work is my lifeline, my language.
-Edith De Chaira
My painting is my entire identity. - Augustus Goertz Comtemplation and time are essential in the process of my work. Elimination has become very central to my painting. I build by elimination and add by subtraction. - Isabel Carrió To paint is a time of meeting myself, a time of meditation, a space where to find my roots. - Sorraya Guindo My work is an on going exploration of the relationship between form, surface and texture, incorporating reference to anthropology, archeology and architecture. - Nora Hutchinson Johnson To paint is a way to free sources of fire from the wildest, archaic parts of my heart and let them sing through materials - colour's vibrancies, textures and structures. - Roseline Koener My work is about exploration and celebration of life. - Jim Loparo MY painting? It's my life, my guts, my emotions. - Camille Perrottet Painting is bringing out what is essential in me. - Salima Raoui Philosophies remain in flux, serving only as tools of possibility. The results document a conspiracy of materials, intuition and intellect. - Mikael Rosh My painting is a piece of my soul on canevas, throught which I share my vision with the world. - Rebecca Schweiger Working in clay is evocative for expressing more universal ideas that hopefully transcend the personal. - Bruce Sherman It's my inner journey, layers of my inner life, the colours are a pathway to my feelings. - Bobbi Van My art is a poetic expression of love which manifests through a combination
of light, space, and colours. - Deborah Winiarsky |
